Cleaner for Airbnb
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sanitizing surfaces, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- occasionally assemble welcome baskets and clean and replace linens
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- take photos of completed job
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- must be able to lift at least 30lbs - must have your own transportation
- all cleaning supplies will be provided
- must own a smart phone
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong time management skills to prioritize workload effectively
Skills:
- Experience in carpet cleaning and floor care is a plus
- Familiarity with residential cleaning practices
- Ability to launder items as needed
- Knowledge of housekeeping management principles
