Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing marketing programs, leading dynamic content with a focus on retention. This person will report to theSenior Retention Marketing Coordinator and will not have any direct reports. Responsibilities • Manage and implement marketing programs as assigned across multiple channels including email, text, web, and phones; • Manage the end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns—build emails using HTML/CSS & A/B tests, QA, and send through Braze • Lead dynamic content and personalization development process using liquid, ensuring messaging and data are QA’ed and successfully executed • Track metrics, interpret results in order to increase retention and customer satisfaction; • Develop strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders; • Understand the energy market, conduct competitive analysis, anticipate customer needs and advocate for programs to meet those needs and improve key performance metrics; • Stay current on and experiment with new email and digital marketing tactics to increase conversions and to tell the story of our brand • Ensure marketing materials are proofed, approved and meet all organizational standards; • Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • 2 years of experience in digital retention marketing. • 2 years of experience with Braze, Domo, Tableau. • Experience working with CMS to manage website. • Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with varying schedules simultaneously. • Extremely flexible, agile, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities. • Ability to think strategically and quantitatively. • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail, makes a habit of double and triple checking work.Preferred Skills • Proficient in the use of Excel • Familiarity with bolthires Analytics • Photoshop Travel ● 100%RemoteCompensationThis position offers compensation commensurate with experience and skills, an incentive plan, and a robust benefits package.
