If you take pride in safety, reliability, and delivering high-quality materials, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career with a respected industry leader.Position Highlights:• Local routes – home every night• Earn $1,000–$1,600+ per week (based on experience & loads)• Quarterly Attendance Bonus• Annual Safe Driving Bonus• Monthly Gainsharing BonusRequirements What You’ll Do:Safely transport engineered precast/prestress concrete products to job sitesEnsure all loads are properly secured and meet safety standardsAssist with loading and unloading using forklifts/cranes as neededFollow all DOT and company safety regulationsPerform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine equipment checksUse ELD systems to log inspections, hours, and maintenanceCommunicate effectively with dispatch to ensure timely deliveriesVerify product counts and condition before departure and upon deliverySupport team operations and assist other departments when neededRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving recordAt least 1 year of driving experienceAbility to haul oversized and heavy loadsFlatbed experience preferred (but not required)High school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWork Environment & Physical Requirements:Outdoor construction environments in varying weather conditionsExposure to dust, noise, and dirtAbility to lift moderate weights occasionallyMust be able to stand, squat, climb, kneel, and crawl as neededWhat Sets You Apart:Team-oriented with a strong work ethicSafety-focused and detail-orientedReliable, organized, and accountableCustomer-focused with a professional attitudeSelf-motivated and proactiveCrane experience or extra certifications are a plusWhy Mack Industries?At Mack Industries, we value our drivers and reward performance.
