Join our international team as a Claims Manager and lead the way in ensuring contractual integrity, driving operational excellence, and making an impact in global scrap metal trading.Your missionClaims Handling: Manage claims related to quality, quantity, and contractual disputes in scrap metal trading, including direct involvement in financial negotiations and settlements to ensure outcomes.Investigation & Resolution: Conduct thorough investigations into claims, gathering evidence, and negotiating resolutions with suppliers, buyers, and logistics providers.
