Our Headquarters Claims department seeks a claims legal operations specialist I. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. Some departments at our Headquarters offer a hybrid work option that may vary depending on your role and responsibilities.
The pay range for this position is $19.25 to $21.25 per hour. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Responsibilities
• review and process invoices
• communicate with internal and external counsel as well as internal claims associates regarding invoicing issues, concerns and questions
• assist with email service requests
• assist with file management

Requirements

• the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• the ability to evaluate facts and circumstances and come to a decisive conclusion
• proficiency with Microsoft® Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Nice-to-haves
• experience using a Legal E-Billing System (preferred)
• legal invoice review and payment experience (preferred)
• understanding of legal invoice content (preferred)
