About the Job • Start Date: ASAP • Title: Claims Examiner - General Liability Professional Liability Examiner - GL PL • Term: Contract 90 days+ • Location: Remote • Pay Rate: $31.00 • Hours: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Referral Bonus: $500 PRIMARY PURPOSE: To analyze complex or technically difficult general liability claims to determine benefits due; to work with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation; to ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations, industry best practices and specific client service requirements; and to identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements. Qualifications • Active FL(or any other reciprocal state) and/or NY licenses preferred. • Product liability is a plus but not a requirement. • 3-5 years of relevant experience Ready to take the next step?
