The Claims Associate / Adjuster will be responsible for processing claims, engaging with clients, conducting security inspections, and drafting detailed reports.ResponsibilitiesProcessing incoming claims and maintaining hardcopy filesEngaging in telephonic and email correspondence with clients and brokersPerforming on-site security inspections for accounts on a local and regional basisInsurance Policy review and interpretationThoroughly investigating claim submissions and loss circumstancesClaim analysis and financial adjustment based on Policy terms and conditionsDrafting detailed Claim & Inspection ReportAttending off-site meetings with brokers, company senior managementSkillsA Los Angeles Adjusters license not required at the time of applying, however the candidate must be able to obtain an Adjusters license if hiredMust be able to travel locally and regionally up to 50% of the timeMust be authorized to work in the United StatesExcellent written and verbal English skillsEmployment history and two references required (include name, relationship to you, phone and e-mail)Resume1-page cover letter describing why you would be a valuable addition to our organizationExperienced with Microsoft Suite programs such as Word and ExcelExperienced using Mac OS software and DropboxExperience in insurance / claims adjusting preferred but not requiredBA/BS degree preferred but not requiredBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offHybrid work schedule – In office / remoteBonusesCompany OverviewPREMIER Insurance Services, LLC is an independent adjusting firm focused on providing exemplary and un-biased adjusting services for a wide spectrum of insurance claims.
