Claimant Phone Interviewer

MJW professionals include Health Physicists, Radiological Engineers, and a broad range of environmental disciplines that measure, interpret, and control radiation and environmental hazardous material exposures and ensure the protection of workers, the general public, and the environment.

Position: Claimant Phone Interviewer

Candidates should be reliable, mature, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under time constraints in a busy, project-oriented environment. Excellent communication and grammar skills are a must. Willing to assist other departments and offer office support when needed.

Responsibilities

· Effective listening

· Transcribing telephone interviews with claimants with high quality

· Ability to understand and explain the results of technical reports in a clear manner

· Ability to anticipate and respond to claimant questions and concerns during interviews

Preferences include:

· 4-year degree with a science or math background or 8 years of comparable experience

· Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Proficient in MS Outlook email, calendar, scheduling, and task manager functions

· Ability to type at least 60 words per minute

All candidates must have US citizenship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
