What We Offer:
? Competitive Pay: Earn $1,425?$1,900+ per week based on experience:

Starting at $0.57 CPM for drivers with 3 months of experience

$0.62 CPM for drivers with 2+ years of experience.

Up to $0.64 CPM for 10+ years of experience.
? Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total ? $500 after your first load and $500 after 30 days.
? Home Time: Drivers are out 10-14 days and then home for 48 hours. Must have a secure location to park your truck.
? No-Touch Freight: Enjoy hassle-free deliveries, with 65% drop-and-hook loads.
? Wide Running Area: Majority of freight is I-35 and east. No forced dispatch to NYC or Long Island.
? Modern Equipment: Drive 2022 Freightliner Cascadias or newer, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, and 1250-watt inverters.
? Rider & Pet Policy: Bring your loved ones or furry companions along from your first day.

Driver Requirements:
? Experience: At least 3 months of Class A driving experience within the last three years (local, regional, or OTR, as long as it involves a 40?+ trailer). Time with a trainer or in driving school does not count. Also yard jockey experience does not count

Safe Driving Record:
o No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (no more than 2 in the last 12 months).
o No major moving violations in the last year, and only one in the last three years.
o No more than 4 incidents in the last three years.
o No DOT Recordable incidents in the last three years.
