Civil Litigation / Insurance Defense Attorney - Delaware - Remote work! - 130k to 180k
About the position
Founded over 20 years ago, we are a corporate law firm, employing over 40 attorneys and representing both domestic and international clients in sophisticated corporate and securities transactions, insurance defense and coverage, secured and unsecured lending transactions, PIPEs, general corporate matters, litigation, tax and intellectual property matters.
We have offices in many other US states, we are looking to build out an office in Delaware, and this attorney will help us to do that. Work will be remote initially, and then hybrid remote once an office has been chosen in Delaware.
Responsibilities
• Represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds in a wide array of complex matters.
• Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in litigation, arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations.
• Handle insurance matters across virtually all types of policies.
Requirements
• Delaware bar
• Recent experience in insurance defense
