Build and close partnerships, visibility and activation opportunities at a city level by finding residual inventory opportunities, bartering referrals and cashbacks, and pitching synergistic growth opportunities to other businesses. ● Regional Market Analysis:
○ Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, segment the target audience within the new region and adapt marketing efforts accordingly.
● Marketing Strategy Development:
○ Develop comprehensive target marketing strategies for activating new regions; design and implement tailored campaigns to penetrate new markets, considering local cultural, economic, and demographic factors
● City Market & Activation:
○ Lead the end-to-end execution of regional marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, across digital, social media, and offline channels.
○ Coordinate with creative teams to produce region-specific content, ensuring it is engaging and relevant
● Cross-functional Collaboration:
○ Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of regional strategies
● Reporting & Performance Tracking:
○ Regularly provide updates to senior leadership on campaign success, ROI while using insights & feedback to refine and improve regional marketing strategies.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Strong knowledge of regional marketing strategies, digital marketing channels, and campaign execution.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. 6-7 years of experience to build and execute city-level marketing and activation plans.
4. Has a proven track record of launching and managing successful marketing campaigns in new
