About the position
As a Citizens Teller, you will serve as the face of Citizens Bank, playing a crucial role in creating meaningful relationships with customers. You will be responsible for greeting customers in the lobby, demonstrating the use of digital tools such as the mobile app and ATMs, and ensuring that each customer has a positive experience. In addition to transactional duties, you will be expected to meet quarterly referral goals by identifying opportunities to connect customers with our Bankers for further assistance. Your knowledge of Citizens products and benefits will be essential in educating customers and addressing their questions or concerns. This position requires a customer-centric approach, where you will actively listen to customers, ask effective questions, and develop long-term relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements
High School degree or GED.
