Cisco CCIE Collaboration Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cisco CCIE Collaboration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cisco Collaboration technologies, including Call Manager, on-premises and cloud-based Call Centers, Webex Cloud, and other related solutions. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to lead complex implementations and provide strategic guidance for our collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
? Design and Implementation: Architect, design, and deploy Cisco Collaboration solutions, including Call Manager, on-premises Call Centers, cloud-based Call Centers, and Webex Cloud.
? System Integration: Integrate Cisco Call Manager with various third-party systems and services, ensuring seamless communication and functionality.
? Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Cisco Collaboration technologies, addressing complex issues and ensuring high availability and performance.
? Migration and Upgrades: Plan and execute migration projects from on-premises to cloud-based Call Centers and Webex Cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
? Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, implementations, and troubleshooting procedures.
? Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members on Cisco Collaboration technologies and best practices.
? Vendor Management: Work closely with Cisco and other vendors to stay updated on the latest technologies, updates, and best practices.
? Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
