Job Overview
We are seeking a Risk Consulting Director to lead business development efforts. This role involves building relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and expanding our market presence in EHS consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and maintain professional relationships with key personnel and buyers of EHS consulting services.
? Meet sales objectives by analyzing client needs, gathering data, and proposing tailored solutions.
? Utilize CRM tools to track sales metrics and implement targeted strategies.
? Coordinate activities to enhance our visibility and capabilities across local, regional, national, and international markets.
Additional DutiesAccount Management & Strategic Growth
? Achieve targets for account retention and revenue expansion.
? Maintain positive client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
? Proactively assess and validate client needs.
? Lead client stewardship meetings.
? Manage projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion, including planning, stakeholder engagement, communication, and invoicing.
Qualifications
? Four-year degree from an accredited institution, preferably in science or engineering.
? Minimum five years of experience in the EHS field, consulting experience preferred.
? Experience in sales, especially within EHS consulting, is a plus.
? Strong client interaction and marketing skills.
? Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
? Excellent presentation, research, and analytical skills.
? Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

The salary range is $114,900 to $154,700, with potential participation in an incentive program. Benefits details are available on our careers website.
