The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking Lead & Assistant Childcare Teachers for our NC 4-Star school in Charlotte in the University area.

Pay rate of $15-19 per hour, based on experience, education, credentials, and location.

Teacher Responsibilities:
Β Use our curriculum to create lesson plans that your students will love. DonΒt worry; we have lots of ideas to choose from.
Β Welcome our families. Engage them in conversation about their child's education and the benefits of our programs.
Β Provide a safe and inclusive classroom.
Β Foster relationships with children and tailor the play-based learning environment.

Requirements
Β EDU 119, NCECC or a degree in early childhood or related field required.
Β High school diploma or equivalent required.
Β Previous experience as a teacher at a licensed childcare center required.
