Qualifications:
ā¢ Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
ā¢ Licensure: Active NY state medical license (required).
ā¢ Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with children.
ā¢ Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent preferred).
ā¢ Technical Skills: Proficiency in telepsychiatry platforms (if applicable).
ā¢ Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and cultural competency.
ā¢ Language: Fluency in Spanish (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment plans for pediatric and adolescent patients.
ā¢ Conduct remote psychiatric consultations and follow-ups.
ā¢ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
ā¢ Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
ā¢ Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
