The position of Chief Tunnel Ventilation, Station Airconditioning Engineer is the key position in these BIDs.
Missions/Main Duties:
TVS Design Authority: Authorizing SES and CFD modeling to manage piston effects and heat loads in tunnels.Emergency Strategy: Designing critical fire-mode sequences to ensure smoke-free paths for passenger evacuation during emergencies.ECS & Station AC: Overseeing high-capacity chilled water plants, AHUs, and energy-efficient HVAC systems for public comfort and equipment cooling.System Integration: Coordinating the interface between Fire Alarms and the Environmental Control Panel (ECP) for automated emergency response.Physical Interface: Managing the placement of massive ventilation shafts and plant rooms with Civil and Architectural teams.Safety Validation: Leading full-scale Hot Smoke Tests and securing CMRS certification for station and tunnel safety.Operational Efficiency: Implementing VSDs and SCADA-linked monitoring to optimize massive power consumption.

Graduate in relevant EngineeringRequired total 20+ years of experience15+ years of experience in relevant projects.
