Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the engineering roadmap for card issuance, payment settlement, and wallet infrastructure.
- Lead backend, frontend, and security teams with high standards for delivery and code quality.
- Design resilient systems for high-throughput card operations and payment status tracking.
- Partner with product and compliance stakeholders to ship fast while managing risk.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in software engineering with 2+ years leading engineering organizations.
- Strong experience with fintech platforms, payment systems, or web3 infrastructure.
- Hands-on knowledge of TypeScript, modern web stacks, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to hire, mentor, and retain high-performing technical teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Solana or similar high-performance blockchain ecosystems.
- Experience with virtual card programs or card network integrations.
- Prior leadership at seed-to-growth startup stages.
