Job Summary

As our Chief Product Officer, you will own and drive the product lifecycle across our full portfolio of products, from ideation and product launch to scaling for revenue growth. You'll work closely with our CEO and COO to translate strategic vision into tangible product initiatives, applying AI to product design and development, and collaborating with engineering teams to create disruptive AI products from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and Implement Strategic Product Vision: Partner with the CEO and COO to lead the development and implementation of Get Well's strategic product vision, driving end-to-end execution and delivery.
Market and Customer Assessments: Conduct in-depth market and customer assessments to analyze buyers and users, define value propositions for each segment, foster innovation, and develop high-value use cases.
Product Roadmap Development: Convert insights into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for high-performing enterprise SaaS products.
User Experience Design: Design and deliver revolutionary user experiences and intuitive interfaces to enhance customer adoption, driving high-performing products for customer value and business revenues.
SaaS Business Models: Design and establish SaaS business models through recurring revenues, developing pricing models and GTM models for successful product launches.
AI-Powered Product Development: Apply the latest AI technologies and collaborate with engineering teams to build disruptive AI products in a fast-paced, iterative manner.
Customer Engagement: Exhibit a strong penchant for customer engagement, actively seeking to understand their key needs, and integrate customer feedback into SaaS solutions and platform development.


Requirements

Essential Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in product management, owning the entire product lifecycle, designing product roadmaps from conceptualization through launch.
Domain Knowledge: Domain knowledge within the health tech space, with a broad understanding of payers and providers.
Technical Acumen: Technical acumen to effectively communicate and understand concepts within engineering teams.


Preferred Qualifications:


Engineering Degree: Engineering degree in CS or AI.
SaaS Experience: Experience building SaaS solutions in healthcare.
AI Expertise: Deep passion for cutting-edge AI and its diverse use cases.
