We are seeking a licensed real estate professional to serve as our Chief Operating Officer. This leader will be the architect of our operational engine, overseeing daily brokerage operations and scaling our automated contract process.
The Role
The Chief Operating Officer will translate our vision of free, automated real estate into a seamless, high-performing reality. You will supervise brokerage departments, streamline our proprietary offer systems, and ensure every automated contract meets the highest standards of compliance and efficiency.
Duties
• Execute operational strategies that support free listings and instant offer generation.
• Supervise brokerage departments to ensure seamless coordination between technology and Utah real estate requirements.
• Drive process improvement to further automate the real estate contract process and reduce transaction times.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support sustainable growth.
• Manage large-scale projects, ensuring the GIDDY DIGS platform remains the fastest way to buy or sell a home.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand market presence and identify new business opportunities.
• Implement management practices that promote rapid execution and operational excellence.
Requirements
• Active Real Estate License required (Principal Broker or Associate Broker preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management with a track record of leading teams at senior levels.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management within real estate.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, perform financial forecasting, and implement process automation.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive organizational change.
• Hands-on experience managing complex programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Deep knowledge of Utah real estate contracts and a passion for disrupting the traditional model.
