Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief On-Chain Finance Officer. The position is responsible for overseeing financial management processes, preparing and analyzing financial statements, monitoring financial reporting, and guiding strategic financial decisions. The role also ensures compliance with financial regulations and standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support EU–INC’s strategic and operational goals.
Qualifications
• Extensive knowledge of Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and compliance standards
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis
• Expertise in finance-related decision-making and strategic planning
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly
• Prior experience in finance leadership or executive-level roles
• Familiarity with blockchain and on-chain finance technologies is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or similar certification is a plus
Work Experience Requirements
• 15–20 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial management, or financial governance
• 10–15 years in senior leadership or executive finance roles (e.g., CFO, VP Finance, Head of Financial Strategy)
• 10–15 years overseeing financial reporting, compliance, or multi-entity financial operations
• Experience working with emerging financial models, digital assets, or on-chain financial frameworks is preferred
• Background in high-growth, international, or innovation-driven organizations is an advantage
