Job Requisition ID #26WD96926Position OverviewWe are looking to hire a Chief of Staff for our VP, EMEA Territory Sales. This role is a trusted advisor to the leader and will focus on strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational alignment. This includes managing and driving the engagement model for leadership staff to ensure rapid decision making, coordinated execution, and visibility to key initiatives within the team all while incorporating the Autodesk Culture. Candidates need to demonstrate a successful history of challenging the status quo, driving team collaboration across different business units, developing strategy and realization plans, meeting facilitation, and staff development. This role will strong organization, leadership, collaboration and influencing skills. ResponsibilitiesManage the organization’s strategic roadmap by tracking all initiatives and verifying execution and updating dashboards as needed. May confer with leadership in determining key performance indicators, scope and structure of the processCreate, plan, and facilitate staff meetings to accomplish clear and effective decision making, tracking and reporting on follow-up actions required. May create strategic messaging both written & spoken to provide an overall view across teams to help collaboration across the organizationServe as a trusted advisor to elevate and amplify the Leader’s capacity, capability, and effectiveness. The Chief of Staff will act as a sounding board, serve as liaison or proxy when needed, and manage executive communications for the leader being supportedDeveloping high quality whitespace opportunities for Expansion SellingCoordinate opportunities for efficiency by conducting research, benchmarking & analytics, propose new systems/processes to streamline as needed, and manage budgetsDrive strategic projects across the region and for APJ in partnership with CorporateServe as a trusted advisor to elevate and amplify the Leader’s capacity, capability, and effectiveness. The Chief of Staff will act as a sounding board, serve as liaison or proxy when needed, and manage executive communications for the leaderThe person will also require having a high degree of influencing skills to be able to succeedDevelop approaches to drive effective use of sales processes, tools and methodologies across global teamsWell-practiced in holding discovery sessions and creating an action plan from the resultsAs a Chief of Staff, the role will involve giving feedback, coaching, training, and promoting ongoing developmentMinimum QualificationsStrong commercial and sales backgroundDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple business units and functionsStrong understanding of sales concepts, terminology, and strategyManage diverse and complex tasks: Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation requires evaluation of a variety of factors, blending strategic policies with an understanding of current business trendsDemonstrated ability to act as an advisor to peers on topics of employee engagement, strategy development, operational efficiency, and global standardsKnowledge and experience with key sales functions, sales proposals, and presentations, with attention to detailAbility to manage a team of individuals, performance management and budget managementExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills Strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with experience producing executive-ready insights and recommendations Demonstrated Collaboration and Team WorkAbility and willingness to Travel (approximately 25%)#LI-MB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
