This role involves providing project management and analytical support to the Chief of Staff, helping to turn strategy into execution and collaborating with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesSupport the management of portfolio of strategic initiativesOrganize leadership materials (agenda, briefings, talking points) and pre-read packets; distil complex threads into executive summariesPrepare executive updates and decision papersDesign formats and agendas for meetings and workshopsProduce meeting minutes and actions, synthesizing into plans of action, aligned to Issuer strategyTrack cross-functional actions and commitments; chase owners and unblock logistics to keep work movingCollect and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness, for both ad hoc and regular projectsDevelop simple models and visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to support decision-making and communicate insights clearlyPrepare data-driven reports for inclusion in executive packsCollaborate with stakeholders to interpret findings and translate them into actionable recommendationsDesign and deliver executive-ready presentations for leadership forums, steering committees, and board updates, ensuring clarity and visual impactTranslate data into compelling visuals (charts, timelines, dashboards) that support decision-makingMaintain a consistent visual identity aligned with corporate branding guidelines across all decksCollaborate with stakeholders to gather content and craft concise narratives for strategic initiativesCreate reusable templates and slide libraries for recurring governance packs and executive briefingsIncorporate storytelling techniques to make presentations engaging and easy to follow for senior audiencesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations or related field.
