ā¢ *Your Responsibilities**Core ResponsibilitiesCEO Execution Partner- Translate CEO priorities into structured execution plans- Ensure strategic initiatives move from idea to implementation seamlessly- Maintain alignment across executive leadership- Surface risks early and drive solutions quicklyCompany-Wide Execution Discipline- Architect and enforce execution frameworks across departments- Ensure every initiative has clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes- Hold teams accountable to deadlines and commitments- Escalate issues that threaten execution velocityExpansion & Launch Infrastructure- Oversee execution of growth initiatives, product launches, campaigns, and new channel expansion- Build repeatable launch frameworks- Tighten timelines and eliminate friction across cross-functional efforts- Improve launch velocity without sacrificing qualitySystems & Process Optimization- Audit workflows across departments- Standardize documentation and operational processes- Increase transparency into project status, risk, and resource allocation- Continuously improve systems for speed and clarityOrganizational Alignment- Identify communication gaps and structural inefficiencies- Improve interdepartmental coordination- Strengthen accountability structures across leadership
Requirements:
