Chief Investment Management Officer (CIMO)
The Company is in search of a Chief Investment Management Officer (CIMO) with a strong background in quantitative crypto trading, particularly in the areas of XRP and DeFi markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing trading frameworks that drive algorithmic design, risk optimization, and automation. This role requires a visionary leader who can blend the precision of traditional financial markets with the speed and innovation of blockchain and Web3 technologies. The CIMO will be instrumental in scaling the digital asset and wealth management family office, with a focus on achieving significant growth in assets under management. Applicants for the CIMO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in quantitative trading or portfolio leadership, with a proven track record of managing a team with substantial assets under management. Mastery in algorithmic trading, on-chain data analysis, and a strategic vision with hands-on technical fluency are essential. The role also demands a candidate who has previously built and retained high-performing teams, as well as experience in vendor management and public-facing roles. The ideal candidate will have a background in both crypto and traditional institutional markets, and be prepared to take on the challenge of driving the company's growth to meet its ambitious AUM targets.
