Job title: Chief Financial Officer/CFO Company: Chain Bytes LLC Job description: We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer or CFO to perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy. It is a very important and complex role since an organization can only survive if it actively investigates and safeguards its finances. A CFO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment, banking operations, and finances for public/private markets. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. A successful CFO must see the risks and opportunities behind financial data and act as a strategic business partner for the CEO. To do this, a good CFO needs strong leadership skills, excellent communication with team members, and an expert on current financial topics related to Bitcoin industries. Duties/Responsibilities • Drive the company’s financial planning • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments • Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks • Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations • Manage banking relationships • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports • Set up and oversee the company’s finance system • Ensure compliance with the law and the company’s policies • Manage a team of financial analysts. Skills/Abilities • Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role • Proven experience in Public/Private Markets • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. QuickBooks) • Ability to strategize and solve problems • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Ability to function well in a remote environment • Excellent communication and people skills • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers Educational Requirements: BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role Qualifications: Experience working in an office, in remote environments, and with remote teams Preferred qualifications: Certified Public Accountant designation preferred (CPA) Expected salary: Location: Lancaster, PA Job date: Sun, 11 Sep 2022 04:44:20 GMT Apply for the job now!
