Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Needed for Strategic Financial Management
We are seeking an experienced CFO willing to work fractionally to oversee financial operations and provide strategic guidance and advice. This is a startup company which is a platform for purchasing and consolidating service businesses (HVAC and Plumbing). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial planning, and investment strategies as well as understand basic book keeping and be able to assist with initial CoA setup and accounting system setup and tax issues and planning. Responsibilities include initial book setup and software setup for multiple entities, CoA advice and setup for various entities in the corporate stack (topco, holdco, opco's), monthly consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. You will play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring compliance with regulations. If you have a proven track record in financial leadership and a passion for driving business success, we want to hear from you. The ideal person will also be able to do basic book keeping until such a time as we have a need for an inhouse full time accounting staff.
