This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a real difference in the lives of pet parents across the country.As a vital part of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries efficiently, accurately, and professionally, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the high standards of care and quality that Chewy is known for.Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a prompt and courteous manner.
Provide support regarding orders, shipping, returns, product details, and account information.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chewys products, policies, and promotions.
Document customer interactions and outcomes in the system with accuracy.
Work collaboratively with team members and managers to achieve performance goals.
Uphold customer satisfaction and brand reputation through high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable with navigating multiple computer systems and tools simultaneously.
High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to type at least 40 WPM with accuracy.
A quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or support-related role (call center, retail, or remote work experience preferred).
Experience in e-commerce, pet care, or order fulfillment environments is a plus.
Working Hours
Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible scheduling options.
Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
