This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Chemistry Expert (PhD) Hourly Contract | Part-time | Remote (US) $60 –$80 per hour About the Role A leading AI research initiative is recruiting Chemistry PhDs to contribute domain expertise to a flagship project advancing large language models (LLMs). In this role, you’ll design and evaluate complex, real-world problems in chemistry—helping shape the next generation of AI systems capable of scientific reasoning and precision. Key Responsibilities • Create and assess high-quality, challenging problems across organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and biochemistry domains. • Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, reasoning quality, and domain relevance. • Provide structured written feedback to improve AI understanding of chemistry principles. • Collaborate asynchronously with researchers and engineers to refine model performance. Ideal Qualifications • PhD in Chemistry from a top US, UK, Canadian, or European university. • High attention to detail and analytical rigor. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent proficiency in English.
