Ā Multitasking: Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and professionalism.

Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Ā Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment.
Ā Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Ā Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
