Key Responsibilities
Provide live chat support to customers, answering questions about our services
Troubleshoot client issues and escalate technical problems when necessary
Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions
Accurately document interactions and update support tickets as required

Requirements
Must be based in South America (US timezone)
Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
Previous experience in live chat support in the finance industry or proptrading is required.
Proficiency in Crisp (or similar chat support software).
Stable internet connection and a reliable home office setup.
