- **Performance Tracking:** Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and quality assurance evaluations.
- **Feedback and Improvement:** Gather feedback from customers and report recurring issues or trends to management, contributing to process improvements.
- **Collaboration:** Partner with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and address complex inquiries.

- **Education & Experience:**
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in chat support.
