A Chat Support Representative engages with customers through online chat, addressing inquiries, aiding, and ensuring a positive customer experience while using written communication.
Responsibilities:
What youll be doing:
Provide answers to our customers for all pricing and product inquiries via online chat.
Provide a high level of professional, competent support in reviewing and documenting accounts of all customers in pre-sales and post-sales situations.
Follow procedures and enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty.
Navigating computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries.
Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market.
Handle blended voice and non-voice
Qualifications:
What were looking for:
Ability to work in shifting schedule
Willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal.
At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum)
Advance computer knowledge and a great multi-tasker
Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer
Excellent interpersonal skills
