### Job Description
Are you a dedicated and driven individual who is passionate about customer service and technology? CBRE Group is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a remote part-time position, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer service experience through online chat interactions. ### Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement:** Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a positive customer experience. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
- **Technical Assistance:** Provide basic troubleshooting support for clients in relation to our services and products. Stay updated on all processes, policies, and products offered by CBRE Group.
- **Personalized Communication:** Use strong persuasive skills to effectively communicate solutions and encourage customer engagement with our services. Maintain a friendly and professional tone, adapting to different customer personalities.
- **Collaboration and Reporting:** Work closely with the customer service team and other departments to relay customer feedback and enhance service offerings. Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development to improve personal and team performance. Contribute ideas for improving chat processes and explore innovative ways to enhance the customer experience.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and chat resolution rates.
- **Ad Hoc Projects:** Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by management to support team objectives.
### Requirements
*Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role.
*Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using chat support software, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting technologies.
- Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy.
*Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to innovate and think quickly on your feet to solve customer issues.
- Strong persuasion skills to influence customer decisions positively and effectively.
*Personality Traits:**
- Dedicated and driven, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptable to change and open to new ideas in an evolving technological environment.
*Additional Qualifications:**
- Must have a reliable internet connection and be comfortable using various communication tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
