Job Summary:
As a Chat Support Associate at Source One Technology, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via live chat. You'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Ā Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer live chats in a timely and professional manner.
Ā Resolve Technical Issues: Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers via live chat.
Ā Provide Product Information: Offer product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
Ā Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
Ā Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues.
Ā Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Ā High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
Ā Customer Service Experience: 0-1 year of customer service experience (entry-level).
Ā Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Ā Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Ā Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
Ā Quiet and Dedicated Workspace: A quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.

Ā Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year (full-time) or $15 - $25 per hour (part-time).
