2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and professionally.
3. Ability to work independently and autonomously in a remote work environment.
4. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and solving problems.
5. Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
