ā¢ Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience in customer support or call center environments.
ā¢ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
ā¢ Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
ā¢ Experience in sales is a plus, with a knack for identifying opportunities within client interactions.
ā¢ Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and communication documentation.
