Job description: This is a remote position.

We are searching for a polite, professional Chat Agent to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The chat agent may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

Requirements

We are able to train candidates for this position and require no special experience, but there are a few benchmarks which need to be met before hiring. Before applying, please ask yourself- Can I communicate effectively in English? Can I show up on time for all of my scheduled shifts? Can I accurately and effectively handle and count cash? Do I work well with others, and can I provide a positive experience for guests? Bonus points for additional languages, previous experience, and great people skills!
