The incumbent participates in the maintenance of hospital and physician Chargemaster, charge structure, charge coding, government regulations/compliance, pricing, rate structure and performs ongoing and special financial analysis and support for management throughout the health system, as assigned.RequirementsAssociate degree in accounting, finance, HIT, or other related field required OR Two (2) years of experience of recent, relevant healthcare experience in progressively more responsible positions may be substituted for education requirementsExperience related to pricing setting, charge master maintenance, CPT/HCPCS coding preferredBasic understanding of financial management, analysis and reporting in healthcare is preferredOur ValuesAs a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $30.10 - $43.32 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
