About the position

The Channel Partner Ambassador is a key role responsible for leading initiatives to enhance Kaiser Permanente's engagement with channel partners across the United States. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to effectively execute the local office engagement strategy, aiming to increase awareness of Kaiser Permanente and support program growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance local office engagements with channel partners.
,
• Identify and maintain a database of channel partner contacts.
,
• Engage and negotiate with channel partners to schedule engagements.
,
• Align on mutual agenda and objectives with channel partners.
,
• Prepare for cross-functional meetings and present during local office engagements.
,
• Capture notes and takeaways from engagements and share them across market-facing teams.
,
• Foster an engaging environment during local office engagements to educate and build relationships.

Requirements
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience, including three (3) years in a consulting role.
,
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a healthcare environment.
,
• Bachelor's degree in business/health care administration or related discipline, or four (4) years additional relevant experience.
,
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice-to-haves
• 5 years of experience in a market-facing role with a Health Plan or as a broker/consultant.

• 5 years of experience delivering presentations to external audiences.
,
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.

• Self-starter thriving in an autonomous environment.
