Channel Partner Account Executive

This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our channel partners by managing post-sale operations, coordinating internal resources, and supporting partner inquiries across billing, service delivery, and commissions.This individual will play a key role in executing day-to-day program operations while helping to build scalable processes that enhance the partner experience and support continued growth.Order Lifecycle ManagementTrack partner-submitted opportunities from order submission through installation and billingProactively communicate order status, delays, and updates to partners and internal teamsEnsure accuracy and completeness of order data in CRM and internal systemsPartner Support & Issue ResolutionServe as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries, including:Order status updatesBilling and invoice questionsService delivery and installation escalationsCoordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain partner satisfactionDeliver a responsive, high-quality support experience aligned with Sparklight standardsCommissions Tracking & SupportTrack partner commissions and validate payouts against agreementsPartner with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely paymentsRespond to partner inquiries related to commissions and compensationData & ReportingMaintain accurate CRM data and reporting dashboardsAssist in generating reports on partner activity and performanceSupport data cleanup and process consistencyCross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with sales, sales engineering, provisioning, construction, billing, and finance teamsAct as a central point of coordination to ensure partner deals progress smoothlySupport adherence to internal Rules of Engagement (ROE) to minimize channel conflictEvent SupportAssist with logistics for partner events and trade showsHelp manage lead tracking and follow-up coordinationSupport scheduling and partner communicationsAdministrative & Program SupportAssist with partner onboarding tasks:Portal accessDocumentationTraining coordinationHelp maintain partner-facing materials and internal documentationQualifications1-3+ years of experience in sales operations, channel support, or telecommunicationsExperience supporting channel partners, indirect sales models, or customer operations preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and reporting toolsHigh attention to detail, particularly in order tracking and financial data Benefits Cable One and our family of brands appreciates the role our associates play to help the company grow, and in return an excellent benefits package is offered to our associates to recognize the importance of their contributions, such as: Medical, dental, and vision plans – start when you start!
