Channel Execution Manager (Ecommerce / Marketplaces)
Job Summary
We are a growing ecommerce company managing 250+ products across major marketplaces including Amazon, Staples, Office Depot, Walmart, and more.
We are looking for a Channel Execution Manager to own the execution of product listings across all channels. This is a hands-on role focused on getting products live, fixing issues, and maintaining high-quality listings.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Launch new products across multiple marketplaces
ā¢ Ensure listings are complete, accurate, and compliant
ā¢ Fix listing errors, feed issues, and approval delays
ā¢ Maintain and improve listing quality across all SKUs
ā¢ Ensure compliance with platform policies
ā¢ Monitor performance and identify underperforming listings
ā¢ Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations)
Experience
ā¢ Proven experience managing e-commerce channels or marketplaces
ā¢ Excellent copywriting skills for compelling product descriptions
What Success Looks Like
ā¢ Products go live quickly and without errors
ā¢ Listings are accurate, complete, and optimized
ā¢ Issues are identified and resolved without escalation
ā¢ Catalog remains clean, active, and sellable
Requirements
ā¢ Experience managing product listings on Amazon or similar marketplaces
ā¢ Strong attention to detail
ā¢ Comfortable working with spreadsheets and systems
ā¢ Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
ā¢ Strong follow-through and ownership mindset
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
