The Change Manager for Digital Transformation will be a key catalyst on the team - ensuring our workforce is ready, confident, and empowered to adopt innovative technologies and modern work practices. This role partners with business, human resources, and Information Technology leaders to plan, curate, and deliver training and enablement programs that accelerate adoption and maximize business impact.

What will the work look like for me?

As the Change Manager for Digital Transformation, you will focus on the following areas:

Strategic Change Leadership
• Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with Daktronics’ digital transformation roadmap and growth objectives. Current examples include company-wide adoption of effective MS Copilot usage, targeted change along our quoting and order entry value stream to ensure accurate and complete metadata for business analysis, and adoption of new configure, pricing, and quoting tools and processes.
• Assess organizational readiness and design interventions to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
• Provide a teachable approach to teams across Daktronics by providing tools and resources for self-service adoption while empowering teams and stakeholders to sustain new ways of working.

Training & Enablement Delivery
• Minimize resistance and ensure adoption by planning, communicating, training, and reinforcing change.
• Curate and deliver engaging, role-specific training programs for automation tools, AI solutions, and new work techniques.
• Create digital learning assets, job aids, and interactive workshops to build confidence and capability across teams, leveraging Daktronics training development resources.
• Facilitate peer learning through focused peer sharing and accountability activities.

Business Partnership & Influence
• Collaborate with business leaders to embed change management into project plans and ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders champion transformation within their teams.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement
• Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for adoption and measure impact on productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement.
• Gather feedback and iterate on enablement strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Where is this opportunity located?

Daktronics offers the flexibility to work from a U.S. home or Daktronics location. This opportunity is open to U.S. based candidates.

What are the pay and perks?

The typical hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 annually. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including relevant education, experiences, location, and applicable local legislation.

Qualifications:

To be considered for Change Manager for Digital Transformation, we require the following:
• Bachelor’s degree required. CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) designation or similar credentials strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, training, broad leadership, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead change in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Proven experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and digital learning platforms.
• Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
