About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Coordinator to join our Experienced Advisor Onboarding team as part of Wealth & Investment Management. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.Experienced Advisor Onboarding is a team that centrally manages direct support for account opening and asset transfer activities as well as providing training and guidance to all levels of brokerage industry associates. The team provides direct support to Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) business channels: Private Client Group [PCG], Wealth Brokerage Services [WBS], Wells Fargo Financial Network and First Clearing. In this role, you will:Support newly hired experienced advisors and their teams by transitioning their book of business and providing support and training during the transition periodGenerate and distribute transition metrics for supported advisorsSupport the efforts of the team by participating in calls with advisors to review the process and proceduresSupport change implementation by identifying ways to improve workflow and offer recommendations and support for the teamServe as a point of coordination for clients throughout the customer life cycle, providing operational and training support as neededEnsure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recordedCommunicate product dependencies and support the timeline for implementationPerform complex administrative and operational support tasksProvide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategyReceive direction from manager and escalate non-routine questionsInteract with peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy, methods, and plans for initiatives that impact workflowRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: client service, brokerage operations or wealth & investment management Experience in architecture, development, implementation or support of client onboarding systems in a financial services environmentKnowledge and understanding of business channelsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsExposure and knowledge to Wells Fargo Smart Station and BETA applicationExperience with training delivery and facilitationExcellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audienceCollaborative professional skills that advance a collegial and partnered approach to meeting objectivesAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 50% or more of the time Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduledThis position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification.
