Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent veterinary care to patients, including obtaining medical histories, performing laboratory tests, and assisting with surgeries and dental procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service to pet owners, including educating them on pet care and communicating test results
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including electronic medical records
Collaborate with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care
Participate in the training and development of new staff members and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
Credentialed Veterinary Technician with a college or college-equivalent education
At least 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Technician or in a veterinary practice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compassionate and sympathetic with a professional attitude and demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 30 pounds
