-Certified General Appraisers for the greater metro Atlanta market -Certified Residential appraisers that both live in and have excellent geographical competency in the following markets: - Augusta (Waynesboro / Aiken / Wrens) - South Atlanta (McDonough / Locust Grove / Griffin / Stockbridge / etc.) - North Georgia (Elijay / Mineral Bluff / Blairsville / Morganton) • ***ONLY APPLICANTS HOLDING A REAL PROPERTY APPRAISAL LICENSE WILL BE CONSIDERED - MUST BE ASC VERIFIABLE**** (**Please note that we are currently not seeking trainees appraisers**) DS Murphy is looking to expand our staff of Certified Residential and Certified General Appraisers. DS Murphy appraisers are W-2 employees and eligible for full benefits including healthcare insurance, 401K with company match, and a paid vacation program. DS Murphy, established over 30 years ago in Atlanta, is now the largest and most respected appraisal firm in the southeast with offices currently operating in Georgia, Florida, the Carolinas, and Tennessee. Our entire executive staff is comprised of seasoned appraisers, therefore our business model has been structured by appraisers, for appraisers – with a focus on efficiency to increase success. With over 50 appraisers on staff, there exists a robust internal network of support that continues to foster a valuable collaborative spirit. Additionally, DS Murphy employs an on-site/local full-time admin staff that is responsible for order entry, assistance with client updates, and initial file set up. Our admin staff also oversees all invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable helping to free you to do what you do best, the appraisal analysis. With payroll processing done every two weeks appraisers are paid when the appraisal is complete, not when payment is finally received from the vendor.
