Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor Needed – 3-Year Cleanup for Coaching/Digital Business

I’m a small business owner with an LLC (not taxed as an S-Corp) and I need support from an experienced U.S.-based tax advisor or CPA to reconcile and clean up my business records for tax years 2022, 2023, and 2024.

I operated as a sole proprietor in 2022 and 2023 and officially transitioned to an LLC in 2024. I now use QuickBooks Online and have a separate business bank account. However, my previous bookkeeping needs professional reconciliation and tax review to ensure everything is accurate and compliant before I file.

Scope of Work:

Reconcile income and expenses for 2022, 2023, and YTD 2024

Separate personal vs. business expenses (especially for 2022–2023)

Ensure all categories are properly labeled for tax filing purposes

Provide a clean P&L and Balance Sheet for each year

Help identify any missing write-offs or deductions

Support proper setup for future quarterly estimated taxes

Prepare a summary of red flags or risks if applicable

Requirements:

Proven experience with U.S. tax law and small business taxation (especially Schedule C and LLCs)

Ability to work within QuickBooks Online

Strong communication and integrity

Comfortable working with entrepreneurs building growing businesses

Ability to offer tax strategy suggestions and clean documentation

Budget:

-Open to fixed price or hourly depending on experience and turnaround time. Please include:
