Why arenaflex?
At arenaflex we are redefining mental‑health care in Florida by blending evidence‑based clinical excellence with a deep respect for dignity, safety, and recovery. Our flagship facility in Chattahoochee, FL 32324, serves two distinct patient populations – individuals civilly committed under Statute 394 and those forensic‑committed under Statute 916. Whether you are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or a Registered Nurse (RN), you will join a multidisciplinary team that values empathy, professionalism, and continuous learning.

About the Facility
The hospital operates a unique dual‑track model:

Civil Units (Forensic Transition Units) – Home to adult and elderly residents who have been civilly committed and to forensic residents “stepping down” to a less restrictive environment.
Forensic Ward – A highly secure setting equipped with metal detectors and trained security guards, dedicated to individuals committed under Statute 916.

Both units emphasize holistic care, individualized treatment plans, and a therapeutic milieu that promotes recovery, safety, and community reintegration.

Position Summary
arenaflex is actively recruiting skilled and compassionate healthcare professionals for three pivotal roles:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Provide essential daily‑living support and vigilant observation for assigned residents.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Deliver direct nursing care, medication administration, and coordinated resident advocacy.
Registered Nurse (RN) – Lead clinical assessments, oversee medication management, and act as a critical liaison in emergency situations.

All positions offer competitive “ALAP” (as‑late‑as‑possible) rates, flexible scheduling, and the chance to make a tangible impact on a vulnerable population.
