Summary Of Client's Description Of This Opportunity
Plan, deliver, and assess highly effective instruction aligned to national and state content standards, and internal school goals and benchmarks.
Enact the school curriculum using evidence-based instructional practices tailored to students needs.
Serve as a test administrator for the yearly, state-wide assessment Collaborate with families and stakeholders to ensure the success of ELL students in their language development and grade-level content.
Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and is developmentally appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students.
Employ a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media consistent with best practices, specific content knowledge, and the needs and capabilities of the individuals or student groups involved.
Take necessary and reasonable precautions to assure safety in the classroom and the school for all students.
Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulations.
Assist the administrative team in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct.
Maintain professional relationships with colleagues.
Actively engage in all professional development opportunities.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Client's Minimum Qualifications
Requires at least a Bachelors degree in Education or related field
Tennessee Teaching License with an endorsement in the subject to be taught
