Description: Nurse Manager oversees telephonic Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist team. Utilizes clinical expertise and leadership skills for team management and collaboration. Supports program operation and provides coaching to the team. Manages operational oversight, program metrics, and performance goals. Completes managerial administrative duties and enhances program processes.Requirements: Bachelor degree required. Current Healthcare Professional License. Current CDCES Certification. 3+ years of clinical Diabetes experience. 3+ years of clinical educator experience and contact center experience within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry. Experience supervising/managing a team. Motivational interviewing and coaching skills. Strong communication and leadership skills. High level of competency with technology including MS Office and CRM systems. Flexibility to work evenings.
